Dhaka air clogs an AC filter in three or four months. A blocked filter means less air across the coil, so the room takes longer to cool and the compressor runs longer — that is where the bill goes up. Rinsing the filter alone only fixes half of it.
The real build-up is on the blower wheel and between the fins of the evaporator coil. We fit a washing bag under the indoor unit and jet-wash the coil and blower properly, so nothing drips into your room. An anti-bacterial treatment deals with the black speckling and the smell. If the drain line is blocked — far and away the most common reason an AC drips water — we clear that too, and the outdoor condenser gets washed as well.
What this service is not: gas refilling, compressor work or electrical repair. If we spot a fault while cleaning we tell you plainly, but we do not turn a cleaning visit into a gas-charging bill.
How often: twice a year — before the heat starts in March, and after the monsoon. Three times if you are on a main road or beside construction. Split, window, cassette and ducted units all covered.
